A Compassionate Path to Well-Being

I believe counseling should feel like a honest conversation—warm, respectful, and focused on what matters most to you.

I'm a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), somatic experiencing practitioner (SEP) and registered play therapist (RPT). I provide a variety of services for children, adolescents, and adults. My work focuses on empowering individuals and families to live with insight, balance, compassion, and joy.

I help individuals and families work towards wholeness and healing with a variety of methods and tools. Together, we’ll explore practical tools and gentle insights that turn confusion into clarity, so you can move forward with confidence and peace of mind.

Counseling sessions are available in person, online, or outdoors (walk and talk in nature). Session options are 50 minutes, 90 minutes, and 2 hours.

It guides the nervous system back toward homeostasis by restoring internal physiological rhythms — supporting the shift from stress and fatigue toward balance, recovery, and restoration.”

RRP can be used in session or at home.
