A Compassionate Path to Well-Being
I believe counseling should feel like a honest conversation—warm, respectful, and focused on what matters most to you.
I'm a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), somatic experiencing practitioner (SEP) and registered play therapist (RPT). I provide a variety of services for children, adolescents, and adults. My work focuses on empowering individuals and families to live with insight, balance, compassion, and joy.
I help individuals and families work towards wholeness and healing with a variety of methods and tools. Together, we’ll explore practical tools and gentle insights that turn confusion into clarity, so you can move forward with confidence and peace of mind.

Play Therapy
Play therapy is an approach that uses play — the natural language of children — to help them express feelings, explore relationships, solve problems, learn to regulate, build self-esteem and learn coping skills. Play therapy can include the use toys, games, art, movement, sandtray and symbolic play to communicate thoughts and emotions that children may not be able to put into words.
I provide child centered play therapy combining somatic experiencing, brainspotting, and integrated listening system (ILS) to gently explore a variety of concerns including adoption & foster care related experiences, developmental trauma, anxiety, mood related concerns, grief and loss, family transitions, behavior issues, bullying, low self-esteem, chronic illness & surgery, and identity related concerns.
