I provide child-centered play therapy combining somatic experiencing, brainspotting, and integrated listening system (ILS) to gently explore a variety of concerns including adoption & foster care related experiences, developmental trauma, anxiety, mood related concerns, grief and loss, family transitions, behavior issues, bullying, low self-esteem, chronic illness & surgery, and identity related concerns.
